ATTORNEYS AT LAW

William J. Branca         Mr. Branca is a graduate of Boston College and Boston College Law School and resides in Weymouth, Massachusetts. He has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1974 and has been representing injured workers and claimants in private practice since 1977. He has frequently lectured on Massachusetts Workers' Compensation Law at legal seminars for the National Business Institute.

Michael J. Powell, Jr.      Mr. Powell is a graduate of Holy Cross and Suffolk University School of Law. He became a member of the Massachusetts Bar in 1977. He served the next eight years as an Assistant District Attorney for Suffolk County in Boston. Following one year as legal counsel for an insurance company, he joined the firm in 1988. A former lecturer for the Massachusetts Bar Association/Continuing Legal Education, he is also admitted to practice before the Federal Courts of Massachusetts and the United States Supreme Court.
