Branca, Powell, & Joyce, P.C. is staffed by experienced attorneys, all of whom have been extensively involved with litigation throughout their entire careers. In fact, Michael P. Joyce served a term as an Administrative Judge at the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents where he heard and decided workers' compensation claims. A large volume of our practice involves daily appearances of our attorneys at the regional offices of the Department of Industrial Accidents where we represent a wide range of injured workers. Our attorneys also appear regularly before the Federal Administrative Law Judges on our client's claims for Social Security Disability benefits. Our experience has led us to believe that Social Security and Workers' Compensation benefits are often interrelated and our representation ensures the maximum benefits for our clients.

Our practice also includes civil litigation of both work-related and non-work-related accident cases.
